Attention Carbondale Middle School Families:
If your child qualifies for Supplemental Education Services (SES) for the school year 2009-2010, we are offering Open Enrollment for these services. This means that you may register your child and choose a provider at any time during the school year.
Additional information about Supplemental Education Services (SES) for school year 2009-2010 may be found under the "Resources" link at the top of this page. Please look under "NCLB Info" for a copy of the Parent/Guardian letter which was mailed home to qualifying CMS students the week of September 14, 2009. A second mailing, which included information about services and an application form, was sent to parents of eligible students the week of January 11, 2010.
