Carbondale Elementary School District #95 is currently accepting nominations for the

2010 Hall of Fame

to be held April 29, 2010

Purpose: To recognize individuals who have made a significant contribution(s) or provided distinguished service to Carbondale Elementary School District #95.

Criteria:  

1. Served the district as:

  • A former member of the CES#95 Board of Education.
  • A former student who attended at least three years.
  • A former employee with at least five years of experience.
  • A business or individual who has provided a significant service or monetary contribution to one or more district attendance centers.
  • A parent volunteer who has provided a significant service to one or more district attendance centers.

2. Positively promoted the district.

3. The inductee or immediate family member must be able to attend the ceremony.

A nomination form may be found under the "Board of Education" section at the top of this webpage, under "Community Newsletter." Nominations may be submitted until March 5, 2010.

Attention Carbondale Middle School Families:

If your child qualifies for Supplemental Education Services (SES) for the school year 2009-2010, we are offering Open Enrollment for these services. This means that you may register your child and choose a provider at any time during the school year. 

Additional information about Supplemental Education Services (SES) for school year 2009-2010 may be found under the "Resources" link at the top of this page. Please look under "NCLB Info" for a copy of the Parent/Guardian letter which was mailed home to qualifying CMS students the week of September 14, 2009.  A second mailing, which included information about services and an application form, was sent to parents of eligible students the week of January 11, 2010.  If you did not receive an application, but believe your child qualifies, please contact us at 457-3591 x2113.
