Please feel free to download and print the updated District #95 School Calendar below. The 2010-2011 School Calendar was revised in July, 2010. This revised calendar may be found in the 2010-2011 Parent/Student Handbook which will be sent home on the first day of school, August 18, 2010.

Please be aware that all schools will release students at 2:20 p.m. on Thursday, August 19, and Friday, August 20, 2010, for teacher inservice.

Parent Involvement Policy Meeting

 

The fourth Parent Involvement Policy Meeting for this school year will be held at the Administrative Center on Tuesday, June 1, from 11:30-12:30. All District #95 parents/guardians are invited to attend. A light lunch will be available and child care will be offered. Please RSVP if you plan to attend the meeting by Thursday, May 27, so we can plan for both lunch and child care. You may call the school secretary at your child's building to let us know that you are coming.

Attention Carbondale Middle School Families:

If your child qualifies for Supplemental Education Services (SES) for the school year 2009-2010, we are offering Open Enrollment for these services. This means that you may register your child and choose a provider at any time during the school year. 

Additional information about Supplemental Education Services (SES) for school year 2009-2010 may be found under the "Resources" link at the top of this page. Please look under "NCLB Info" for a copy of the Parent/Guardian letter which was mailed home to qualifying CMS students the week of September 14, 2009.  A second mailing, which included information about services and an application form, was sent to parents of eligible students the week of January 11, 2010.  If you did not receive an application, but believe your child qualifies, please contact us at 457-3591 x2113.
