April Vyborny, RN, BSN

is the nurse for all of District 95.

She serves all the schools and children at Parrish, Thomas, Lewis and Carbondale Middle School. Her office is located at

Carbondale Middle School, Room 113.

  • is in charge of maintaining up-to-date health records for all the students in District 95.
  • does vision and hearing screening for students.
  • does yearly CPR and First Aid training for District 95 staff.
  • has, along with administration, organized a Wellness Committee for District 95.
