Please find below a letter from the Superintendent explaining the procedures for any parent/guardian/community member who would like to volunteer in District #95 and two forms (Volunteer Form and Carbondale Elementary School Volunteer and Criminal Background Check Request Form) which must be completed in full and returned to any District #95 school office. You will be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator in the attendance center in which you would like to volunteer once your background check has been approved.
